Team Arunachal Taekwondo delivered an outstanding performance at the 4th Senior National Kyorugi & Poomsae Taekwondo Championship 2025, held from 31st August to 2nd September at the J.N. Indoor Stadium, Cuttack, Odisha. The team clinched a total of 3 Gold and 4 Bronze medals, showcasing their growing prowess on the national stage.

Guided by seasoned coaches Mari Karbak (Coach, SAI Naharlagun) and Suraj Ali (Coach, SLSA), the Arunachal athletes impressed with their skill, precision, and discipline in the Poomsae category. Team Arunachal also secure overall 3rd Position

Gold Medal Winners:

  1. Rupa Bayor – Female Individual Poomsae (U-30)

  2. Rikpy Nyodu, Achum Sangha, and Radha Bangsia – Female Group Poomsae (U-30)

  3. Mari Karbak, Gangphung Gangsa, and Likha Govind – Male Group Poomsae (Above 30)

Bronze Medal Winners:

  1. Khinsan Wangsu and Akash Kumar Ram – Mixed Pair Poomsae (U-30)

  2. Akash Kumar Ram, Kabak Saba, and Adit Tulang – Male Group Poomsae (U-30)

  3. Yabi Pudu – Female Individual Poomsae (Above 30)

  4. Likha Govind – Male Individual Poomsae (Above 30)
