Karbi Anglong District Sports Association (DSA) were crowned champions of the 26th Gobinda Ram Mour & Banarashi Devi Memorial All Assam Women (Senior) Inter-District Football Championship 2026-27, defeating Dibrugarh DSA 2-0 in the final at Bilasipara.
The championship concluded on a high note, marking another successful edition of one of Assam’s premier women’s football tournaments and reaffirming the state’s continued commitment to the development of women’s football.
Karbi Anglong displayed an impressive performance in the title clash, overcoming a determined Dibrugarh side to secure the coveted championship trophy with a convincing 2-0 victory.
Following the conclusion of the tournament, the Assam Football Association congratulated both finalists and acknowledged the collective efforts of everyone involved in making the championship a success.
