Applications are invited for the position of Manager (Partnership) under the Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) on a contractual basis.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Position: Manager (Partnership)
- Vacancy: 1 (indicative and subject to actual workload)
- Location: All-India basis at SAI centers implementing the scheme.
- Tenure: Up to 4 years, extendable based on performance.
- Salary: ₹50,000 per month (with performance-based increments up to 7% annually).
- Age Limit: 32 years (age relaxation equivalent to tenure with SAI).
Responsibilities:
- Support internal and external training initiatives and enable co-selling/co-marketing efforts.
- Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and donor reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners while sourcing and negotiating new partnerships.
- Coordinate engagement activities with stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline; preference for MBA or 2-year PG Diploma in Management.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, marketing, media, communication, or partnerships. Candidates with experience in government/autonomous bodies will be preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and research aptitude.
- Preference: Candidates who have participated in national/international Olympic sports disciplines.
