The Summer Slam 3×3 Championship 2026, organised by Team Badass (Bagang Yapa Basketball Club), got underway at NERIST with a strong turnout from basketball enthusiasts across Arunachal Pradesh.
A total of 16 teams, comprising around 64 players, took part in the tournament, competing under FIBA 3×3 rules across a day of intense, high-energy matches.
The event reflects Team Badass’s continued commitment to promoting basketball in the state, as one of Arunachal Pradesh’s oldest and most respected basketball clubs.
With the preliminary rounds completed, the championship moved into its final day, where teams competed for the title, cash prizes and trophies.
