The remarkable performance by ASEB propelled them into the semifinals, earning them full points and accolades from football enthusiasts.
East Bengal FC had secured their spot in the semifinals with a dominant 6-1 victory in a prior match, defeating Global FC of Gosaigaon.
The intense showdown between these two formidable teams took place amidst the neon lights, providing a breathtaking spectacle for the fans in attendance. In a clash of strategies, ASEB managed to edge past their rivals to secure a well-deserved 2-1 victory.
