Regional College of Physical Education, Panisagar has announced the admission notice for the B.P.Ed Training Course for the session 2023-25. The college, established in 1977 by the Department of Education (Youth Affairs & Sports), Govt. of Tripura, aims to upgrade the status of physical education by offering a postgraduate course in physical education and sports for the first time in the state.
As per the announcement, the admission process to the B.P.Ed Training Course (2 Years as per NCTE norms) is now open. All candidates who meet the conditions as per NCTE guidelines are eligible for admission. 1. A Candidate will be allowed for admission to B.P.Ed course provided he/ she fulfils the conditions as per NCTE guidelines given below:-

- Age must be within 30 years and not below 19 years on the date of Admission.
- Age is relaxable up to 5 years for an outstanding sports performers.
- Candidates other then Tripura University have to produce Migration Certificate & PRC at the time of admission.
- Original copies of marks sheet & Certificates of Educational Qualification need to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Candidates must have to be sound in character, sociable nature & must possess promising qualities of leadership. A testimonial to the effect from the Head of the Institution last attended should have to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Original copies of all documents related to admission need to be produced at the time of reporting to the RCPE, Panisagar.

9. The Mess of the College will run & manage by the mess committee formed with the students.
