New Arunachal Throwball Team Selected for National Glory

Itanagar – The wait is over! The new senior Arunachal throwball team selected to represent the state has been officially announced by the Arunachal Pradesh Throwball Association (APTA). These talented athletes will now prepare to carry the state’s hopes to the 48th Senior National Throwball Championship.

The selection trials saw an impressive turnout, with 41 of the state’s best players competing for a coveted spot on the roster. After a day of intense action, the selection committee finalized the squads that will compete on the national stage.

Setting Sights on the National Crown

The selection process was conducted under the watchful eyes of a committee comprising members from APTA, the State Technical Board, and official referees, ensuring a fair and transparent trial for every athlete involved.

Now, with the teams locked in, the focus shifts entirely to the upcoming national tournament, which is scheduled to be held from August 16th to 18th. The players will be looking to make a significant impact and bring laurels back to Arunachal Pradesh.
